DBT Group Therapy
We work with clients to create real, lasting change—not just talk about it. Our DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) skills class teaches practical tools for managing emotions, reducing stress, and improving relationships. Each session is $40, billed at the beginning of the month. Groups focus on DBT’s core modules: mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness—all in a supportive group setting.
DBT Can Help You with:

Regulating Intense Emotions
DBT provides practical skills to manage overwhelming feelings, helping you respond thoughtfully instead of reacting impulsively.

Improving Relationships
Through effective communication and boundary-setting techniques, DBT helps you build healthier and more fulfilling connections with others.

Coping with Distress
Learn crisis survival strategies that empower you to handle difficult situations without resorting to harmful behaviors.

Enhancing Mindfulness
DBT’s mindfulness skills teach you to stay present and grounded, reducing anxiety and helping you respond more calmly to life’s challenges.
