Courtney Brown, LMFT, is a dedicated therapist with a passion for helping individuals and families experience genuine connection, growth, and healing. Courtney received a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University and a Master of Advanced Studies in Marriage and Family Therapy from Arizona State University. Known for her warm, family-oriented approach, Courtney creates a modern, cozy environment where clients feel truly comfortable and safe—whether they’re navigating a personal crisis, working to strengthen family bonds, or confronting past traumas. 

 With expertise in trauma treatment, particularly through EMDR, she guides teens and young adults through the challenges of anxiety and depression, providing DBT group therapy for practical skills and emotional resilience. Courtney also offers specialized support for people of faith who are working through spiritual crises, aiming to help them find peace and deeper self-understanding.

Her clients benefit from her results-driven approach, focusing not just on conversation but on meaningful change. She specializes in family and couples therapy, working with teens and parents to rebuild relationships, and helps couples navigate conflict resolution, restore connection after infidelity, and foster stronger partnerships.

In addition to her expertise with teens, families, and young adults, Courtney provides valuable insights into managing life transitions, including preparing for marriage and adapting to big moves. She’s skilled in treating a range of challenges, from compulsive eating to parenting stress, grief, school issues, and faith-based struggles. Outside of the therapy room, Courtney spends time with her family, her husband and her two little girls.

Courtney is a graduate of BYU and is an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
