What is the 'Hold Me Tight' Couples Class?
The Hold Me Tight® couples class is an 8-week, 16-hour relationship course based on the work of Dr. Sue Johnson and the principles of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Rooted in attachment theory, this class helps couples understand the emotional patterns that drive disconnection and conflict, and teaches how to create a secure, loving bond. Through a mix of guided conversations, experiential exercises, and video demonstrations, couples learn how to communicate more openly, repair emotional wounds, and strengthen their connection. Whether you’re looking to reconnect, navigate challenges, or simply grow closer, this class offers a supportive and transformative space to do so.
