DBT Skills Class
We will work with our clients to see actual changes and real results – not just talking. We offer a DBT skills class for $35 per session, billed at the beginning of the month.
DBT Can Help You with:

Regulating Intense Emotions
DBT provides practical skills to manage overwhelming feelings, helping you respond thoughtfully instead of reacting impulsively.

Improving Relationships
Through effective communication and boundary-setting techniques, DBT helps you build healthier and more fulfilling connections with others.

Coping with Distress
Learn crisis survival strategies that empower you to handle difficult situations without resorting to harmful behaviors.

Enhancing Mindfulness
DBT’s mindfulness skills teach you to stay present and grounded, reducing anxiety and helping you respond more calmly to life’s challenges.
