Real Stories from Our DBT Group Members

"I have been so grateful to have a DBT Class right here in Mesa! There is both a youth class and an adult class. Courtney is so good at teaching the skills and helping us to apply them to difficult situations or relationships. I wish these skills were taught as part of the regular curriculum of school because everyone needs them!"

"I recently found this DBT group, and I can tell you it’s a been a lifesaver. For the last 20 years, I’ve been struggling to maintain sanity due to family issues surrounding addiction, alcoholism, betrayal, and mental illness. This DBT therapy group was referred to me by my therapist and, although I’ve only attended 4 sessions, my ability to manage these issues has improved significantly. I recommend this group to everyone, whether you think you need it or not. This is how life should be! It would be wonderful if it were taught in schools."

"I’m grateful to have found this class! I’ve truly benefited from the many helpful tools it’s provided."
