These sessions focus on building skills in mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and communication. DBT is an evidence-based approach proven to help with anxiety, depression, self-harm, eating disorders, and borderline personality disorder. - Cost: $40/session (snack break included)

Courtney Brown, LMFT, is a dedicated therapist with a passion for helping individuals and families experience genuine connection, growth, and healing. Courtney received a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University and a Master of Advanced Studies in Marriage and Family Therapy from Arizona State University. Known for her warm, family-oriented approach, Courtney creates a modern, cozy environment where clients feel truly comfortable and safe—whether they’re navigating a personal crisis, working to strengthen family bonds, or confronting past traumas.
