Dallin Schenk, LCMHC, LPC, is a licensed therapist in Utah and Arizona who is passionate about helping teens and adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion and courage. He earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology and his master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Utah Valley University.

Dallin specializes in supporting individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and the weight of shame and self-doubt.

He also has general training and experience in treating: OCD, ADHD, addiction, pornography, anger issues, grief and loss, dating, attachment issues, trauma, family of origin issues, divorce, social anxiety.

Many of his clients share a common internal belief: I am not good enough.” Dallin’s goal is to help them meet that belief with compassion, recognize their inherent worth, and learn to honor both the desire for growth and the strength it takes to accept themselves as they are.

He draws from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Compassion-Focused techniques. His therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and person-centered, creating a safe space where clients can explore, heal, and move toward meaningful change.

Outside of the office, Dallin enjoys spending time with his wife of nearly 10 years and their two children. He loves being outdoors, playing guitar, listening to music, cooking, and making memories with his family.
