Calli Ellsworth,
Intern Counselor

Whether you are a parent trying to navigate the complexities of a child’s diagnosis, or an adult feeling like you have lost your way, it can be difficult to see a path forward. I specialize in helping individuals who feel hopeless or overwhelmed find the light at the end of the tunnel. I focus heavily on working with children and teens facing Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and anxiety, as well as adults navigating trauma, OCD, depression, and crisis. My goal is to help you or your child move from a place of struggle to a place of empowerment, where you feel truly equipped to handle life’s challenges.

Experience and Expertise

My journey in this field spans 10 years, during which I have worked as a behavior technician for children with Autism and ADHD, as well as in crisis triage settings. This background allows me to bring a unique depth of understanding to my sessions. I am a Master’s level Social Worker and a Certified Autism Technician with specific training in trauma-informed care and EMDR. Clients often appreciate my ability to be flexible and adaptable to their specific situations, rather than forcing a “one size fits all” approach. I blend concepts from CBT, DBT, and Applied Behavior Analysis to build a growth mindset and practical life skills.

My Style

I believe that without hope, we have nothing. Because of this, clients describe my therapy style as positive, hopeful, calm, and engaging. I strive to create a space where you feel deeply seen and supported. Children, in particular, energize me; I am able to click with them quickly to form the strong connections necessary for real progress.

Beyond the Office

I believe in bringing a human touch to therapy. When I am not in the office, you will likely find me outdoors camping, or enjoying cozy hobbies like baking and painting. These moments of peace help me bring my best self to our work together.
