Accepting: BCBS, Aetna

Kimberly earned a Bachelor of Science in Marriage and Family Studies from Brigham Young University–Idaho and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University. She is passionate about working with teenagers and young adults (13+) as they navigate life’s transitions, including anxiety, depression, bullying, academic pressure, family or work stress, and the challenges of discovering who they are and where they’re headed.

Therapeutic Style
Kimberly understands how overwhelming the pressures of school and early adulthood can feel. This awareness allows her to connect with clients in an authentic and empathetic way.

She strives to create a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where teens and young adults feel safe, heard, and understood. Kimberly uses a person-centered and strength-based approach, meeting clients where they are and helping them recognize their own resilience and capacity for growth. She integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques to support clients in identifying unhelpful thought patterns, developing healthier coping strategies, and building greater self-awareness and confidence.

Her goal is to help clients feel more grounded, empowered, and equipped to navigate life’s challenges while better understanding themselves along the way.
