Many individuals, couples, and families seek therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected—especially in the wake of betrayal, unresolved trauma, or painful relational patterns that seem impossible to break. Whether you’re navigating infidelity, narcissistic abuse, generational trauma, or the lingering impact of complex PTSD, you may find yourself longing for safety, clarity, and genuine connection in your relationships.
Grounded in attachment science and a systemic lens, Amber integrates Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy (PACT) and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT)to help partners move out of reactive patterns and into secure, collaborative functioning. She also incorporates EMDR, somatic, and experiential therapies to support nervous system regulation, trauma processing, and deeper emotional integration.

Her work is also informed by lived experience—including navigating grief after the loss of her younger brother to suicide, growth through divorce and remarriage, parenting both straight and LGBTQ children, and supporting loved ones through military service. These experiences deepen her empathy and reinforce her belief that even life’s most painful chapters can become catalysts for transformation.
