I’m a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT), and I love working with couples and individual adults. I help partners build stronger, more secure, and more connected relationships, while also supporting individuals who want to better understand themselves and how they show up in relationships.
I work with people from diverse backgrounds and identities, including those in the LGBTQ+ community, and aim to create a space that feels affirming, safe, and respectful of your lived experience.
I know how overwhelming it can feel when you’re stuck in the same patterns (e.g., miscommunication, disconnection, or conflict) without the tools to move forward. Many of us were never taught how to navigate big emotions or communicate in ways that actually bring us closer. That’s where therapy can help!

Couples Therapy

Therapy is a space where you can talk openly and safely, like having a supportive referee in the room, so both partners feel heard and understood.
I work with couples who may be experiencing:
  • Recurring arguments or feeling stuck in cycles
  • Disconnection or emotional distance
  • Betrayals of trust or infidelity
  • Stress buildup and emotional overwhelm
  • The impact of trauma on the relationship
  • Challenges related to identity, including LGBTQ+ experiences
My goal is to help you not just feel better in session, but to create meaningful, lasting progress that carries into your everyday life. I want you to feel more confident in your communication and connection so that, over time, you don’t need me in the room to navigate those moments together.
Together, we’ll focus on:
  • Strengthening communication
  • Repairing trust and emotional safety
  • Understanding and shifting patterns
  • Building deeper connection and intimacy

Individual Work

I also work with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, identity exploration, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and neurodivergence. I am passionate about supporting clients within the LGBTQ+ community and creating a space where all parts of your identity are welcomed and affirmed.
Even in individual therapy, I often bring in a relationship lens to help you better understand your patterns, needs, and ways of connecting with others.

My Approach

My style is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. This is for you, not me! It’s important that you feel supported and understood, so I check in regularly to make sure the process feels right and adjust as needed. Since I have training in a variety of approaches, we can shift if a certain therapy style doesn’t quite fit.
I have training in a range of evidence-based approaches, including:
  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
  • The Gottman Method
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)
  • Solution-Focused Therapy
  • EMDR
I take a neuro-informed, attachment-based, and trauma-aware approach. This means I look at the full picture: how your brain, body, past experiences, relationships, and external systems all play a role in what’s happening today.
I believe your nervous systems are doing the best they can with what they’ve learned. Sometimes, you just need the space and support to update those patterns!

What to Expect

In therapy with me, you can expect a space to:
  • Slow down and feel heard
  • Explore patterns with curiosity rather than judgment
  • Improve communication and connection
  • Build skills that last beyond the therapy room
I tailor each session to what matters most to you and/or your relationship, so our work feels relevant, supportive, and effective.

Outside of Therapy

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy reading, playing with my dogs, and spending time with my partner—often playing video games or trying new restaurants. I love going for walks, learning new things, and laughing!
