Navigating Life’s Challenges
If you are struggling with anxiety, feeling overwhelmed by relationship stress, or navigating a difficult life transition, you don’t have to carry it all by yourself. I specialize in supporting adolescents, young adults, and adults who are dealing with depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and the heavy weight of daily stressors. Many people hesitate to reach out because they feel they need to have their thoughts organized first, but you don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. You can simply begin exactly as you are.

 Warm and Collaborative

My therapy style is warm, supportive, calm, respectful, and collaborative. Clients often tell me that they appreciate my ability to make them feel truly heard and understood without judgment. Drawing from person-centered therapy and practical Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, our sessions combine deep reflection with actionable skill-building. You can expect a safe space where we break down overwhelming emotions into manageable steps, helping you better understand your patterns and gain confidence in managing life’s obstacles.
Experience and Insight
My approach is built on several years of hands-on experience within the behavioral health system, including extensive work supporting youth and families facing complex trauma, placement disruptions, and crisis situations. Holding a degree in Psychology from Arizona State University and completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University, I bring both academic grounding and real-world clinical insight to our sessions. People appreciate my ability to look at the whole picture—honoring your background, personal strengths, and unique story to help you move from feeling stuck to feeling stable and connected.
Taking The Step
Outside of the counseling room, I recharge by reading, hiking, and enjoying quiet time gaming or watching movies—activities that remind me how important balance is for our mental health. Taking that first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, but meaningful change is always possible when you have the right support. Reach out today to schedule an initial consultation, and let’s work together toward the clarity, healing, and peace you deserve.
